Talent Self (人才自我) was founded by Russell Caldarone, an organizational development executive and coach with more than two decades of experience transforming workplace cultures. Having led talent and organizational strategies for global giants like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Marketplace, Gartner, Thomson Reuters, and Nestlé, Russell understands what it takes to scale leadership capability across diverse regions.
